Delivery Restrictions

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK. However, services are restricted in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Isle of Scilly but dont worry Playbalu are still here to help, please contact us for details.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we the believe the address is not secure, i.e. a communal postal address. If this affects your order we will notify as soon as possible.

Failed Delivery

If your item(s) is returned to us after a failed delivery or you provided an incorrect delivery address then we will either

 

1) Redeliver the item(s) to the correct address, if provided, subject to the payment of additional delivery cost, or

​

2) Refund the value of the item(s) (excluding the delivery cost) dependent on whether the item(s) remain in a resalable condition.
