Ordering from us
When you complete our online check out process you are deemed to have ordered from us and you will receive an acknowledgment of the order
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order to the customer. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order for any reason.
We may refuse to accept an order in the following scenarios:
Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
Where goods are not available
If there has been a pricing error or a description error
If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
If we believe your order is for commercial or other non-domestic use. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem offensive.
Pricing
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT and include it in the total price.

Delivery
We will deliver the items to the address which you inputted at the purchase stage. If the address you input in is invalid, we will not be liable for any items that are not delivered.
If your item(s) is returned to us after a failed delivery or you provided an incorrect delivery address then we will either

Redeliver the item(s) to the correct address, if provided, subject to the payment of additional delivery cost, or

Refund the value of the item(s) (excluding the delivery cost) dependent on whether the item(s) remain in a resalable condition.
You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to the recipient.
If the order is made with Next Day Delivery and placed before 2pm then it will be processed and dispatched the same day. If after this time, delivery will occur on the next working day. If you choose Standard Delivery, then we aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders within 5 working days. However, during busy periods we cannot guarantee standard delivery orders to arrive within the 5 working days. We would advise that if you require your order by a certain date to select the Next Day or Express delivery service.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.
Please notify us at info@playbalu.co.uk if you have not received the item within 7 days of ordering. If you do not notify us, then we will not be held liable for any items that are not delivered.
Royal Mail is the chosen delivery provider, if there is any change to this for your order you will be notified
We reserve the right to wait up to 14 working days from the date of despatch before replacing an undelivered item.
Order Cancellations
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. This must be in writing using your order reference within 7 days from delivery of the goods. If you wish to cancel the order, please do this by email using the address info@playbalu.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods. If dispatch has happened please refer to the Return section below
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem offensive.
This does not affect your statutory rights
Returns and exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with our product or service, please contact us. You can return the items within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or exchange. If returning an item(s), please be advised that it is the responsibility of the sender to return the item securely as we cannot complete a refund or exchange of the goods if items are not returned or returned damaged.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.
The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery.

Have you received the wrong item?
If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us with your order number and state the reason for return. We will advise on the next stages as this is on a individual basis.

Colour
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your device or computer monitor. Please be aware that if the colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
