Returns & Refunds
If you are dissatisfied for any reason Playbalu is here to help.
You have 30 days to return your item to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the original condition.
If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you quickly to resolve the issue. Original delivery charges will be refunded at the standard delivery rate. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the original delivery charge if only part of an order is being returned.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the item. We will email you to confirm when your refund has been processed. For all returns please email us via our contacts page and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible with a pre-paid returns label. If you use another service and pay for it, we will not be able to refund the cost of returning the item to us. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt. If your parcel doesn’t reach us and you do not have the proof of return, we will not be able to refund you.
